Prendre soin de soi
Prendre soin de soi, c'est tout un programme, qui varie d'un-e individu-e à l'autre. Ce qui correspond à l'un-e ne convient pas forcément à l'autre. Prendre soin de soin, implique donc de d'abord apprendre à bien se connaître.
